With a location in Mississauga, ON, and an ambitious growth plan for Canada, we are looking for a Sales Representative to join our local team and help us expand our presence and customer impact.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be a key player in driving revenue and building strong relationships with our customers. Your role will include:

· Managing and executing the sales strategy for the Ontario region and beyond

· Developing a 3-year plan to drive growth through:

· Account management and development

· New customer acquisition

· Penetration of untapped markets and segments

· Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers

· Meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets

· Sharing product updates and new release information with customers

· Collaborating with the Sales Director and internal teams to implement national strategies

· Reporting regularly on sales activity and results

· Ensuring quotes and bids are followed up and converted into sales

· Supporting customers with inventory inquiries and order updates

· Making proactive outbound calls to promote product availability and current promotions

· Representing the brand at trade shows, events, and industry gatherings

What You Bring

· 5+ years of direct sales experience, including account management

· Proven track record in a fast-paced, independent sales environment

· Experience working within the arborist, safety, or industrial supply sector is an asset

· Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; knowledge of NetSuite or Syteline ERP software is a plus

· A customer-first mindset with a drive to succeed

· Located in or near Mississauga, ON
